Above and Beyond Care Solutions was care we could depend on! The staff was dependable, always there doing what needed to be done with care and kindness. The caregivers truly cared about mom (& dad), as they provided for mom’s physical needs. The office staff was very helpful and communicated well. They were caring, patient and forgiving. ABCS was able to assist with the cleaning I couldn't do. I would have liked window washing. The office staff was accommodating when I had questions or concerns. I could always depend on Rita.  She did an excellent job on cleaning, I wish I could still have her. Rita was like family to us. She was a very good worker. The caregivers would take me anywhere I needed to go. I would recommend ABCS to others.

Louise's health was not always pleasant, Patricia giving her a bath was not always easy. Patricia loved to please her patients. She did a very good job with Louise. Pat will be missed by Louise and myself. The office staff was accommodating. Colise, came to observe, to see how everything was going.

Above & Beyond's services helped from the standpoint of getting a break and helping my Mother with her shower, which I couldn't really do. I thought the caregivers did a very good job and were very considerate. The office staff always went above and beyond when they thought that there was an issue I should know about. Overall I don't think I could have asked for a service to do any more.
